 Mr. K S  Venkatesan – CFO Partner

Venkat is a Chartered Accountant with 24 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Strategic planning, Risk analysis, Business processes, Policies and systems, Legal and compliance matters, Implementation of ERP software, Funds and Cash flow management, Budgeting and International company reporting. Strong financial accounting experience including US GAAP accounting and Sarbanes & Oxley Act, Liaison with Banks, financial institutions and governmental agencies.

Bimal is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience in Treasury Management, Corporate Taxation, Accounting, Mergers & Acquisitions, FOREX Management, Reporting & Budgeting in various industries such as Media & Entertainment, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering & Contracting. Also has experience of implementation of ERP packages, mergers and acquisitions, IPO and larget ticket borrowing with MNCs and leading Indian Corporates.
